Many people do not sleep properly due to stress due to reading pressure, occupational stress, and use of electronic electronics before sleeping. If there is a long way, there can be many problems. But there are different disagreements about how much sleep should be done every day. There are seven hours to ten hours of this opinion.
The US Sleep Foundation publishes the age-based sleeping session Has done Let's take a look at their accounts.
- Age: 0 to 3 months
- Need to sleep: 14 to 17 hours
- * Age: 4 to 11 months
- Need to sleep: 12 to 15 hours
- * Age: 1 to 2 years
- Need to sleep: 11 to 14 hours
- * Age: 3 to 5 years
- Need to sleep: 10 to 13 hours
- * Age: 6 to 13 years
- Need to sleep: 9 to 11 hours
- * Age: 14 to 17 years
- Need to sleep: 8 to 10 hours
- * Age: 18 to 64 years
- Need to sleep: 7 to 9 hours
- * Age 65+
- Need to sleep: 7 to 8 hours
