Many people do not sleep properly due to stress due to reading pressure, occupational stress, and use of electronic electronics before sleeping. If there is a long way, there can be many problems. But there are different disagreements about how much sleep should be done every day. There are seven hours to ten hours of this opinion.

  1. Age: 0 to 3 months
  2. Need to sleep: 14 to 17 hours

  3. * Age: 4 to 11 months
  4. Need to sleep: 12 to 15 hours

  5. * Age: 1 to 2 years
  6. Need to sleep: 11 to 14 hours

  7. * Age: 3 to 5 years
  8. Need to sleep: 10 to 13 hours

  9. * Age: 6 to 13 years
  10. Need to sleep: 9 to 11 hours

  11. * Age: 14 to 17 years
  12. Need to sleep: 8 to 10 hours

  13. * Age: 18 to 64 years
  14. Need to sleep: 7 to 9 hours

  15. * Age 65+
  16. Need to sleep: 7 to 8 hours
