RE: A little Evening run on an Island in the Fjord

Wow hey wait what!? slow what do you mean? This one is way faster than the run you posted last time if I remember correct? So what do you mean slow, your leveling up 🎉

@michelmake cool to read all the people motivating each other here on Steemit and Strava! What kind of race your attending today? Goodluck!

Sort:

Hmm, maybe It was faster because this run does not have much elevation while my other recently runs have had about 340 meters. 😅

How did your race go @michelmake?

Thanks guys, it went quite well. Unfortunately I forgot my phone to the race start :( However, my colleague had a GPS watch. I will write a little post later with more details on the race and will use my colleagues GPS data. All in all, I ran the 5555 meter in 30 minutes and 30 seconds. Not bad for an untrained person :P

Congratulations, well done! Look forward to read the post about it😊

Hi @guchtere, thanks! The race is a 5.5k run that I do with my co-workers. It's supposed to be close to 30 degrees celcius today so hopefully I won't evaporate along the way :)
You can read about the race in an old post of mine: https://steemit.com/blog/@michelmake/my-first-double-country-run-in-months-preparing-for-a-race.

I see you windsurf! Do you go to Brouwerdam ever? I'm there whenever I can :)

@michelmake how did your race go?

@guchtere, thanks for asking! You can read all about it in my freshest post: https://staging.busy.org/@michelmake/my-first-real-race-in-a-long-time

Oh no wait what awesome another windsurfer! 😎
Never had a surf session at the Brouwersdam. Maybe it's time to go there some day!?

Oh sorry almost forgot your race after you did mention the surf part 🤣
But goodluck with the race today! It's gonna be though indeed with the temperatures. Curious to see the elevation graphs from your run.

Beautiful place you live btw!
