Well done. I love to run, but, today was a snail crawl. But, I got up and did it, so I'll take the points. I think it is nice to shake it up a little mixing running and biking in the week. It really does work such different muscles, doesn't it?

I was pretty slow really. I hope to build the strength to get a bit faster, but I don't expect to be winning many races.
Oh, I am still very slow in comparison, but, I am only working on my personal best at the moment. So, I still say good run (I broke my distal fibula this winter and just getting back to running)
Take it steady then. I only started running a few years back, but I enjoy it now
