Daily run #759 [#runningproject & #runforsteem]
Yes, a hot date every day :) Meetings and 1 GTD training and errands day. Afternoon in shadow chilling out. Fine. Happy!
Combine rest and work and be careful not to overdo on any of them!
Thank you @toofasteddie of the post High Intensity Circuit for Runners! This post motivated me to do some fartlek/tempo-run self-made training. I used street lights as milestones and I went 2 or 3 street lights with high intensity and same or shorter distance with my regular tempo. I felt much better after 4 km of this game than before I started to run. If I run faster, I clear my mind better :)
Daily run #759 on 27.6.2018
I was listening to the review of the book Peak. Good stuff! Intentional training is the key and getting out of comfort zone enough to enable your body and/or brain to establish new equilibrium on a higher level.
I've been running each and every day since the end of May 2016. The Running Streak continues and you can see and follow my daily pics also here: daily runs since 30th of May 2016.
Bovec half-marathon on 15th of September.
