The Censored Side of The Economy, Prison Reform, & Tax Havens [FULL REDACTED TONIGHT EPISODE]

in #politics7 years ago

Hey guys, here's the latest full episode of Redacted Tonight. In it I cover the side of the economy that no corporate media will dare tell you. We also talk about how accused hacker Lauri Love will NOT be extradited to the US. And I cover how fucked up charging people for bail is! (It's only done in the U.S. and the Philippines.) Anyway, hope you enjoy the episode. We're being suppressed at every turn by the corporations that rule America (and really the world), so thank you all for the continued support in this fight.

Potentially :This is my moment of 15 secs of internet fame .

W.r.t : only 2 countries (USA and Philippines) having a bail system
India and many other countries have bail systems , used as a security against the risk of fleeing.

Quote: from Wikipedia
India

A Bailable offence is defined as an offence which is shown as bailable in the First Schedule of the Code or which is made bailable by any other law, and non-bailable offence means any other offence. Further, Sections 436 to 450 set out the provisions for the grant of bail and bonds in criminal cases. The amount of security that is to be paid by the accused to secure his release has not been mentioned in the Code. Thus, it is left to the discretion of the court to put a monetary cap on the bond.

Czech Republic

Bail can be considered when a charged person is held because of concern of possible escape or of a continuation of criminal activity.

Scotland

Bail can be granted by any of courts of Scotland, with the final decision in solemn proceedings being with the High Court of Justiciary. All crimes are bailable, and bail should be granted to any accused person "except where there is good reason for refusing bail."

Canada

People charged with a criminal offence in Canada have a constitutional right to reasonable bail unless there is some compelling reason to deny it.

Nonetheless third party bail is a system ripe for abuse making it a profit driven legal system , I would not be surprised if news came out that 3rd party bail lobby is pressuring /encouraging judges to issue higher/more frequent bailable offences.

I agree; tapeworms and viruses should pay taxes. 😂

Bail is just another tool in keeping in place, a permanent under-caste, in our caste based culture. It is another weapon in the War on Drug User/Addicts, to permanently ensure people cannot: vote, get public assistance, etc. This is another tool of LEGAL discrimination!

I’d luv to watch it now but it’s part of my Saturday morning routine(uk).

And I thought the Saudis had it bad, !!
Who in America gets good old fashioned Justice ?answers on a postcard please...Yet another thought provoking episode with lots of comedy thrown in

PROVE YOU ARE LEE CAMP. I took you at your word last week, still no verification. FLAGGED.
Verify before payout and I will remove it.

They released another video last week where they mentioned steemit, I think you'd be interested in it. At about 26:45 in the video:

I have no idea what you're talking about. But I did mention Steemit on Redacted: VIP as I said I would. Not sure what you're upset about.

Flag removed. Go look at Stefan Molyneux's account, for instance. There are still many people pretending they are popular youtubers around here. THAT is what I am upset about.

I also give my Steemit name on the show posted above at the 19:59 mark.

Another great episode, Lee! You are a valued voice of truth in this fucked up oligarchy fueled by bullshit and insured by propaganda. Keep fighting!

Very entertaining post.

While the drop in the market in 1987 was fewer in points, it was almost 5 times worse than this recent drop, which was only 5% of the market's value.

Inflation.

Thanks!
