Potentially :This is my moment of 15 secs of internet fame .

W.r.t : only 2 countries (USA and Philippines) having a bail system
India and many other countries have bail systems , used as a security against the risk of fleeing.

Quote: from Wikipedia
India

A Bailable offence is defined as an offence which is shown as bailable in the First Schedule of the Code or which is made bailable by any other law, and non-bailable offence means any other offence. Further, Sections 436 to 450 set out the provisions for the grant of bail and bonds in criminal cases. The amount of security that is to be paid by the accused to secure his release has not been mentioned in the Code. Thus, it is left to the discretion of the court to put a monetary cap on the bond.

Czech Republic

Bail can be considered when a charged person is held because of concern of possible escape or of a continuation of criminal activity.

Scotland

Bail can be granted by any of courts of Scotland, with the final decision in solemn proceedings being with the High Court of Justiciary. All crimes are bailable, and bail should be granted to any accused person "except where there is good reason for refusing bail."

Canada

People charged with a criminal offence in Canada have a constitutional right to reasonable bail unless there is some compelling reason to deny it.

Nonetheless third party bail is a system ripe for abuse making it a profit driven legal system , I would not be surprised if news came out that 3rd party bail lobby is pressuring /encouraging judges to issue higher/more frequent bailable offences.
