How I make gains on my strict student diet👌
Being a university student is fun and all but when it comes to building muscle your diet is key and on a strict student budget like mine it's kinda difficult but k do it.
Here's what i buy when i go grocery shopping: 1.)Bananas for post workout energy refill.
- Instant oats for breakfast along with some honey and soy milk.
- lots of peanut butter, cheap and good tasting protein source.
- Bread for some carbs for pre workout
- Omega 3 and vitamin C pills that i take in the morning
- Futurelife high protein cereal that i take in the mornings sometime but mostly at night
I don't use any supplements, because i can't afford it.
