Simple advice to eat healthy
Everyone has in mind that healthy eating consists of different categories of food, depending on the place of origin, beliefs and perceptions. For example, a meat-eating human living in Europe is different from one living in America. Or take as example a vegetarian, he thinks he's following a healthy diet eating a lot of different foods in relation to a meat-eating. However, after a lot of years of research, independently of each human's beliefs, scientists have prove there are principles for a healthy diet that someone wouldn't question easily.
Proper nutrition should not be a coercive action we do for a while in order to have the desired result in our pounds. To follow a healthy diet you must first and foremost change your way of thinking. For example, if you think every day, "My God ... I have to eat this now?" You will never get to the result you want, because you will continue to do "slips" that make you feel good for the moment. So, to avoid it, you should find recipes that you like and at the same time are healthy and dietetic.
But how is a healthy recipe defined?
Do not make the mistake of answering "On Calories".
Healthy eating has nothing to do with the calories that a food has!
The right phrase is: Do not eat empty calories.
That is, foods that do not provide any nutrients in the body.
If you follow this sentence, it has done 90% of a healthy nutrition!
So what are the foods you need to eat to get nutrients and therefore lose weight?
1.Fruit
Fruits give you vitamins and other important nutrients for the body such as calcium, fiber, potassium and sodium. In addition, they contain a lot of water that moisturizes the body, helps you not to get hungry, it is antioxidant and satisfies your appetite for sugar since it contains natural sugars.
2.Legumes
Legumes are quite misunderstood as far as nutrition is concerned. We usually avoid them because we consider them calorigenic or we believe that after we eat, we will have a bloating. In fact, the benefits of eating are a lot because they contain vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iodine and potassium that are important to the body, so it's good to consume them often.
3.Beer nuts
Nuts are a gift of nature to man! They are rich in nutrients, as they contain proteins, vitamins, calcium and other nutrients very important for the body. Plus you can eat them wherever you are in a few minutes! Prefer unsalted or untreated and not caramelized nuts because the treatment alters their beneficial properties.
4.Vegetables
Vegetables are very important for the body for their nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. They are antioxidants and beneficial to digestion, especially when combined with indigestible foods such as meat. They also contain water that helps in hydrating the body as well as fiber. Note that nutrient content is optimal when vegetables are consumed fresh and raw but you can always cook them as you like, in order to eat them.
5.Meat
If you are vegeterian you can replace meat easily(of course you know it!), with combinations of beer nuts, mushrooms and other incredients.
If you are not vegeterian, you have to know that meat, if it is fresh and comes from biologically grown animals can be very beneficial to the body as it contains many nutrients that we can not get from elsewhere. But it is good to buy good quality meat such as to prefer beef instead of pork, to consume fish, to eat liver that has iron and to demand lean meat pieces.
6.Dairy Products
Dairy products need to be consumed, but to a logical frequency because they can cause calcium deficiency. It is advisable to consume more often yogurt or cheese than milk.Additionally keep in mind that your milk better be goat because it is more "friendly" to the human body, according to scientific researches.
But I have no intention of making another article on the benefits of different kinds of food. My purpose is to explain to you that in the proper diet all that matters is to eat foods of a nutritional value and recipes that you like, correctly cooked!
What does it mean though I cook healthy?
Foods as much as they cook and process, the more nutrients they lose.
So a basic principle for proper cooking is that the more row the food is, the better for the body. However, all foods are not raw, so we have to cook them in the most "painless" way and not load them with unnecessary calories. For this, it would be good to avoid too much oil, cooking with calorific materials etc.
How could it be a daily diet for proper nutrition?
Well, initially you have to think about your own needs, for example. you like to eat breakfast or just drink something.
Eat something small and healthy every 3 hours.
If it is not mainly a meal, it could be a few nuts or a piece of dark chocolate or a juice of fresh fruit.
At each meal eat something that you like and give you nutrients. Always what you choose should be as little as possible processed food.
All processed products in the trade contain some kind of sugar, which damages the body and gives empty calories! In addition, remember that the fruits balance the blood glucose so that you have no cravings!
Remember the Principle: Do not eat empty calories!
If you have reached here, then you certainly started to think about what is written in the article, so you will understand that in fact the only barrier that separates us from a healthy diet is our way of thinking. Surely a healthy diet is not the torture we all have in our minds and we can enjoy it as much as a food that only instant pleasure offers us.
So do not wait for the right moment, because it will only come when you change the way you think! It will come when you get out of your mind what they have told you that you like and you put in place what you want!
Good luck!
