Should the driver be charged with attempted murder?

The Florida Highway Patrol says they were able to arrest the driver a few miles from the scene. Both the man and the woman on the bike were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Someone said "get the f..ck out of the car".. Sounds like shit talking. All i have to say is a car is more dangerous than a bike so be careful who you talk shit to now a days people be crazy and will run you down. This is a crazy world we live in today.

I think that the driver should be charged with two counts of attempted murder and road rage....reckless and careless driving for what he did to these people...I hate sometimes when it's a pack of motorcyclist and they act like they own the road,but we can't take matters into our own hands...

they should be charged with everything that applies. two counts attempted murder at least. the driver is a danger to the public and should be locked up forever, before they actually kill someone, which they were obviously trying to do.
