Seit 2009 betreibt Ralph Lehmann den bekannten Berliner Techno-Club M-BIA am Alexanderplatz.
Nach nunmehr 10 Jahren steht dieses Projekt nun vor dem Aus.
Der auslaufende Mietvertrag soll vom Vermieter, der Deutschen Bahn, nicht verlängert werden und damit gehen bereits Ende Mai die Lichter im M-BIA für immer aus.
Das PRoblem der Clubbetreiber ist, das die Deutsche Bahn in den S-Bahnbögen ein neues Nutzungskonzept etablieren mochte.
Dieses Konzept sieht vor in den aktuell genutzen Räumen eine Markthalle anzulegen.
Es wurde zwar angeboten sich an der Ausschreibung für das neue Konzept zu beteiligen, aber die Bahn will in ihrem Konzept einen Mieter für den Tagesbetrieb haben.

After 10 years now, this project is about to end.
The expiring lease should not be renewed by the landlord, the Deutsche Bahn, and thus go out at the end of May, the lights in the M-BIA forever.
The challenge of club operators is that Deutsche Bahn intends to establish a new usage concept in the S-Bahn arches.
This concept intends to create a market hall in the currently used rooms.
Although it was offered to participate in the tender for the new concept, but the train wants to have in their concept a tenant for the daily operation.

Le bail expirant ne devrait pas être renouvelé par le propriétaire, la Deutsche Bahn, et donc éteint fin mai, les lumières de la M-BIA pour toujours.
Le défi des exploitants de clubs est que la Deutsche Bahn compte établir un nouveau concept d’utilisation dans les arches du S-Bahn.
Ce concept vise à créer un marché couvert dans les salles actuellement utilisées.
Bien qu'il ait été offert de participer à l'appel d'offres pour le nouveau concept, le train souhaite avoir dans son concept un locataire pour l'exploitation quotidienne.
