Do you know the quinoa ?? Today I found quinoa noodles, which are gluten-free, lactose-free and very healthy. Consumers can also use it. Today I baked turkey with red beans, minced pepper cream, and I put it on top of dough. Try it, because of its divine delicious ... protein content. From this point of view, it is similar to milk, since both contain 9 amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Because of this, quinoa is perfect for those who are following a vegan diet, yet they want to bring high protein amounts into the more efficient build-up and regeneration of the muscles.

Ismeritek a quinoát?? Ma találtam quinoa tésztát , ami glutén mentes, laktóz mentes, és nagyon egészséges. Fogyókúrások is használhatják. Ma pulykát sütöttem , vörös babbal , darált paprika krémel, és ezt tettem a tészta tetejére. Próbáljátok ki, isteni finom... fehérjetartalma miatt közkedvelt. Ebből a szempontból hasonló a tejhez, mert mind a kettő 9 aminosavat tartalmaz, a fehérjék építőelemeit. Emiatt a quinoa tökéletes olyanok számára, akik vegán étrendet követnek, mégis szeretnének magas fehérjemennyiséget bevinni az izomzat hatékonyabb építéséhez és regenerálásához.
