The Disappearing Act of The Green Bush-Dove

These lovely green bush-doves used to be a common sight in Limpopo South Africa, but as years go by we see less and less of them, in fact I have not even seen one this year so far.

The harsh reality is that every time we as humans decide to change the face of the environment we live in, we affect so many other delicate eco systems that the majority of people might not even be aware of!

These were the last captures that I managed to get of these beautiful wild doves, I am hoping that I will see them again one day, soon.
