a really simple activity is looking up from your pc and focusing on the far corner or something at a variable distance. i try to do this every hour or two...im told it helps
That's a good idea.
I was just thinking today that I really need to make sure I'm incorporating more distance viewing. Being indoors and a small garden isn't really a great environment for using your distance vision.
