A good biceps workout includes this exercises:

  • Barbell Curl Warm up and 3 sets of 4 – 6 reps

  • Dumbbell Hammer Curl

3 sets of 4 – 6 reps

  • Dumbbell Curl

3 sets of 6 – 8 reps, don't forget to let time to your muscle to rest is very important.
