Start with mindfulness meditation. There can be different thoughts passing through your mind..just listen to it one by one. Find a solution to your anxiety if your problem is solvable. If not just let it go. Mindful meditation can be best practiced while you r going to sleep at night. Since while sleeping your subconcious mind is active and can give better results. Don't force yourself to be in present moment.. Just make it your habit gradually. It may take time. Be patient and you will have a great change ahead. All the best @eitsky. Keep in touch.
