jot down a list of all the characteristics that you admire about yourself. Many gems are hidden away in your life. Some may be beneficial, but others may be hazardous to one's health. Chose one item from each category. Any aspect of your life that you wish to improve or achieve might be included.
Following that, make a list of all of your objectives and the reasons you want to reach them. Go over each of your objectives one by one. Make a list of the steps you'll need to follow in order to achieve your objectives. This will compel you to take action!
