I mentioned dTube earlier for posting videos -- there's something similar to SoundCloud on the Steem blockchain. I'm not entirely certain of the monetization strategy that SoundCloud allows (I actually listen to music on there all the time) -- but you may be interested in checking out Steems very own @dsound project over at DSound.audio.
