1、 Don't be too rigid with the biological clock

The human body has a precise biological clock, and if a night owl is forced to fall asleep before 23:00, it is prone to sleep interruption. Lying down for two hours but still unable to fall asleep may be violating genetic rhythms and affecting sleep quality.

2、 Falling asleep too early carries hidden health risks

A follow-up study by Oxford University on 70000 people showed that those who sleep before 9am for a long time have a 28% increased risk of stroke, similar to having a car engine suddenly shut down. People with hypertension who change their daily routine recklessly may also increase vascular pressure.

3、 Quality is more important than duration

Sleep monitoring has found that deep sleep from 3-5 am is equivalent to two hours of light sleep in the first half of the night. Instead of worrying about whether to lie down before 10 o'clock, it's better to focus on whether you have entered the deep sleep stage of 'staying still'.

4、 Practical sleep plan
