How to achieve the balance and a more peaceful life
For mental health, these four areas need to be in balance. These four things should get an equal amount of our time and energy.
The Body and Emotion Area includes all tasks and needs that have to do with the body. This includes moving around, sleeping, eating, and drinking. Being fit and healthy also helps you in other ways.
Self-confidence, success, skill, and power are all covered in the Business and Success Area. This includes both daily tasks and work-related tasks.
Relationship and Connection Area: This includes bonding, liking, and being loved. Along with parents, spouses, friends, and coworkers, this includes all connections.
This area is interested in dreams and visions about the future. In this area, you can find people with spiritual views, beliefs, and ways of making sense of life.
In fact, the Balance Model's uneven distribution of energy leads to a lot of mental problems. People may use one of three ways to deal with stress when it happens. Some people find refuge in their jobs, others in their relationships, and still others in their faith and their dreams. But there are problems with this situation.
Focusing on work and success, for example, will take energy away from other things. People who put a lot of value on work and getting things done may have new problems with their bodies or relationships. Because of their job, they might not pay attention to their health or have trouble talking to their spouse or friends.
Focusing on one area, on the other hand, does not cause the problem with balancing. It is possible to work on two or three areas at the same time. People who put work, body, and relationships first might not have enough energy for dream and the future.
