  • 잠을 몇시간 안잤더니 피로피로 ~~ 애매한 시간 대라 누워서 댕글댕글 ~~ 잠시 자기도 깨어있기도 뭐해서 뒹굴뒹굴 잠들 것 같아서 뭔가 일단 끄저저적

성인 수면시간은 7~8시간이 좋다고 하는데...
알면서도 잘 지키기 힘들더라구요. ㅠㅠ
