Keto Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Ingredients:
1 package chicken tenderloins (usually a little over a pound)
1 box chicken broth (about 4 cups)
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 can green beans
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Xantham gum
Take one package chicken tenderloins cut into cubes, cook with butter or oil until cooked through. Add one box of chicken broth. Add one can green beans and one cup of frozen peas and carrots. Cook on med for five minutes. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Add heavy cream. Add 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum. Simmer until thickened. Serve with low carb biscuits or whatever bread of your choosing! Makes 4 servings. 5 net carbs a serving
