キノコの炊き込みご飯と筑前煮、お刺身
バタバタしてる時のお昼ごはん。
スーパーでお惣菜買って来るのが早いですが、材料が揃ってるなら母の手料理の方がいいです。
日頃、ガッツリごはん食べてる娘も家に帰って来るとシンプル和食をリクエストします。
申し訳無いですが、作るのは母。
「ママは作らないで！」って。
ですよね。ばーちゃんのご飯食べたいよね。
もちろん、多めに作ってお持ち帰りの娘です。
汁物が好きな娘。汁物与えていればご機嫌です。

日本に住んでいた頃は筑前煮、時々作ってたけど、こちらに住むようになってから作らなくなったわ。
ゴボウは手に入らないし、こんにゃくも高いし⋯。日本食はいいよね～ (^^*)
