What's up ladies and gentlemen?! My name is John and I am a mere minnow in this shark tank you call Steemit. I've finally created my own account after lurking for quite some time. I've seen quite a bit of steemit and decided this would be the best platform to start my social media fitness journey.

What is @jsbfitness?Well it's me! It's my passion, motivation & business!
I have created @jsbfitness as a way for me to share all of the tips and secrets I've acquired while filtering through all of the bullshit on the internet. There's a lot of information out there and I'm here to tell you most of it is misleading garbage! Without proper research you could find yourself unmotivated, injured or broke! (they'll really try to sell you anything)
Can @jsbfitness really help me?If becoming a better version of yourself interests you, then this is the right place! I'm going to educate on various subjects on this page from clean nutrition, body building, power lifting, supplementation, thermogenic fat burning, healthy sleeping, & more!!

I would also like to use this page to document my progress on my road to becoming an athlete. I have many aspirations of competing in a sport but I haven't decided the route I'm going to take. Anywhere from MMA fighting, boxing, bodybuilding & powerlifting all interest me. I'm currently focused on getting lean and adding muscle.
I'm going to post a few progress pictures from six months ago for you guys to check out!

I gotta say this looks clean and well written for a minnow, you're gonna fit good around here. Your progress pictures look awesome!! How much leaner do you think you are going to go? I used to body build in my younger years and I once got to 5% body fat! anyway you got a follow from me brotha! steem on'

-- I plan on dropping a few more percent body fat. I believe I'm around 13% now I'd like to make it to the single digits and see how I feel. I'm currently 179 Lbs at 5' 10" and I would like to see how 172 Lbs feels!
