RE: Nattydred

Here's a shout out from Salt Lake City! Damn that dog is adorable! Six kids? Wow... I come from a family of six kids but can't imagine having six myself... It reminds me of one of Jim Gaffigan's jokes: "What's it like to have 4 kids? Well, imagine you're drowning.... and someone hands you a baby." And you have six! Haha... Well I'm new here to and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me. I'll follow you for sure. Cheers.

The oldest of 4, I said I would "never" have four kids. HA! Got pregnant at 18 so I got started young. I don't believe in putting a bunch of synthetic hormones in my body, so guess what? It happened again. Yes. Four was plenty, but with two off the payroll, its really back to 4 again in the home. Hectic, busy, but trying to appreciate the busy life. Too many lonely people in the world and for what? In my opinion, if you are lonely, start giving back-- volunteer. Become a CASA or find some purpose. We are social creatures---but its lots of work having kids, no doubt. Oddly, there is a certain satisfaction for doing fostering. I do feel like I am giving back to my community. Fostering is NOT for the lazy or faint of heart.

Hahaha, I love your response and your attitude :) And you are ABSOLUTELY giving back to the community! Best
