Recipe: Lachcha Paratha
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all. I am also fine, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. The most important and necessary food for every person is breakfast. People start their day with breakfast. It is necessary to have breakfast every day to keep the body healthy and fit. People eat a lot of things for breakfast, such as rice, khichdi, bread-jam, roti, paratha, and many more. For breakfast, today I made laccha paratha instead of normal paratha. It was soft and delicious to eat.
Let's take a look at how I made this paratha.
Ingredients:
- White flour - 2 cups.
- Soybean oil - 2 teaspoons.
- Cold water - as much as needed.
- Ghee - as much as needed.
Recipe:
🫓 First, in a bowl, mix 2 cups of white flour, salt to taste, and 2 teaspoons of soybean oil well without using your hands. Then, add cold water to the mixture and knead it well with your hands.
🫓 Knead it well and make a dough. Once the dough is ready, I normally cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I knead the dough lightly again. Then I make small loaves.
🫓 First I rolled out the bread. Then I cut it into thin slices with the help of a knife.
🫓 I wrapped the cut pieces again one by one. Round the wrapped part again and roll it into a round shape again.
🫓 When the paratha is done, put it in the tawa.
🫓 When the paratha is cooked on one side and the other side is lightly cooked, fry the paratha with ghee. When the paratha is fried, serve it with roasted beef.
This paratha can be eaten with everything. It can be eaten with vegetables, sweets, pickles, fried eggs, roasted meat, tea or coffee. Let me know how you like my paratha recipe.
