Wow I read through your post and was just smiling throughout.I saw motherly love toward her kids .Am happy your mother was smart to make documents officially to hand the house to you and your sister .So that thesame case that happened to her and your uncle should not repeat itself again . I though land and plots dispute is only in my country Cameroon .It a normal phenomenon here where you see uncles ,aunties , relatives .etc .

Fighting over the property of their sisters and brothers especially when the kids lost their parents .In the hands of cold death, it’s really good to always make land or house and keep jealously .
