My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2021

어제 늦게까지 운동을 했더니, 아침에 일어나기 쉽지않았습니다. 원래 알람이 울려도 10분+ 로 해서 한번 더 버티다가 일어나는 편인데, 오늘은 10분만 더 자면 못 일어날 수도 있을 것 같아서 억지로 일어나서 출근준비를 하였습니다.

하루 종일 보고와 회의로 하루를 보냈더니, 오후가되니 눈알이 뻑뻑하고 진이 빠진 느낌이였습니다. 6시쯤 대충 정리하고 집을 와서 저녁을 먹고 소화가 되면 운동을 가려고 앉아 있었지만, 소화도 안되고 운동하러 갈 마음이 생기질 않았습니다.

생각보다 한시간 일찍 일어나는게 컨디션에 큰 영향이 있는 것 같습니다. 당분간은 가능한 급한 건이 아니면 저녁에 PC를 켜지 않고 조금이라도 일찍 자도록 노력해야겠습니다.

내일은 산뜻한 하루가 되길...
