Dear @lanzjoseg
I'm delighted to read your post about Wim Hof breathing method. Hopefully we can learn something from each other :)
I think the hardest part is to break with old patterns and break with the lack of will, especially when we have a very sedentary life.
Indeed. It's hard to change out patterns and come out from comfort zone and try something new. I'm glad you did.
I bet you were quite surpissed to learn about his (wim hof) worlds records and achievements.
He got me interested. He got me curious. And I quickly realized how positive change it has been to my body to follow his teachings.
ps.
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this initiative and hopefully you will share your experience in practicing Wim Hof breathing techiniques within next weeks.
Great read. Upvote on the way.
Yours, Piotr
Hi @crypto.piotr
I started practicing that technique once a day just in the morning before activating the computer, with the first rays of the sun.
now I do it three times a day.
Of course, I was convinced, but after reading about the technique I decided to look for more scientific information, I was surprised by everything that is said about the technique which is used in high-performance sports.
Greetings, thank you for making this technique known.
Are you still finding time to do some breathing every day? :) I hope you do :)
