The diary Game 05/01/2025: Let it snow!
Hello my dear Steemians,
Yesterday morning we woke up with a lot of snow all around. It was the first snow and actually because it is just start of 2025 it is a first snow this year. It is Sunday that is why there is nothing much happening on street and people have time to clean their streets.
In Germany people have to clean the pedestrian pathway till 10 AM, because it could be dangerous as people could fall and break their bones and will be punished for that.
We have cleared the pathway in front of our house and neighbours on both sides from our house.
Within half an hour the job was done and we were happy with that.
Our morning walk, that we try to do every morning it is about 1 hour and as you can see there are not many people around. We enjoyed our frosty morning.
We have noticed a lot of traces on white surface of snow that I also captured for you and will present in next post.
Wow real snow :) We just had a very little for Christmas but soon after that everything melted ! Enjoy :)
I love snow especially if I am in front of fireplace and it is snowing outside, typical scene for Christmas. We will see how the winter will be :)

Yes, it is cold and frosty, that is bad side especially if people need to go out but otherwise it is really nice to have snowy landscape :)

Oh yes, a walk on a snowy winter morning is a very peaceful experience. Here is the rule of snow removal, which is very important. Hope you stay healthy and safe this winter. 😶
Ye, we also hope that it will not be too much snow, because then it will affect all transport ways and sometimes if it is too cold then schools are closed down too. But luckily the temperature is close to +10C and snow starting to melt.

Thank you for delighting us with these photos of this snowy city. I love snow, but only when I'm on vacation. During work days the snow complicates my life and here in Italy we are not always ready to handle situations like the ones you photographed.
In the morning, I cleaned the courtyard and parking lot in front of the house from the overnight snowfall, and at lunchtime, the sky opened up again and poured another portion of snow on us.
