Blooming cactus

Hello my dear Steemians,
I remember I showed you my little cactus plant, that we received more than 10 years ago and it was very tiny and I was not really sure if it will be able to grow till this size.
Currently, due to living in other country we come to visit our home here twice a year that is why it is easy to see how much the little cactus is changing every 6 months. I remember two years ago it had many little flowers. Last year not really. This time we were happy to see that the plant has more little young plants growing together but also to see how many little flowers on some of them.
People say that in summer if you water it after long dry period then it start to bloom. It had probably some time with little amount of water that is why now we have such blooming cactus. Looks very cute :)

Wow, @stef1, your resilient little cactus is absolutely thriving! It's amazing to see how much it's grown over the years, especially with your visits being bi-annual. The contrast between the flower-filled years and the less-flowery ones really highlights how sensitive they are to watering and environmental changes.
Those little blooms are so delicate and charming against the spiky green – a perfect example of nature's beauty in unexpected places! Thanks for sharing this heartwarming update on your plant companion. Has anyone else noticed similar blooming patterns with their cacti or succulents? What are your tips for encouraging them to flower?
Keep sharing these glimpses into your world!
