This happens with all topics and curators; here we must consider that most curator accounts are managed by the same communities and users.

So, the questions would be: Who should we convince? Or how can I be part of the curation team?

Unfortunately, some support programs are being used for exclusive dynamics; in this case, agile users seek to participate in all of them to have a better chance of obtaining these votes, regardless of whether the content quality decreases. This is where curators must be critical and fair, and adjust if necessary to avoid abuse by participants.
