Hello my dear Steemians,

Today I wanted to share my way of preparing simple and delicious breakfast that we do once in couple of weeks or once a month and this is Omelette. Actually the days when I cook it I remember how my mother was cooking that and do the same way. Actually it is completely different from standard and maybe has nothing to do with traditional recipe but I believe there are so many variation from standard and also we are all different with different tastes and preferences.

Last Saturday I prepared omelette for breakfast and wanted to share it with you.

Preparing Omelette

Let's see what we need, it is alike I said very simple so you need couple of eggs, small onion, some salt and black pepper and of course a little bit of vegetable oil.

Once the pan is hot, I add a bit of vegetable oil and fry onion till golden colour, after that adding the eggs, salt and black pepper and mix it while it is still liquid consistency. The I usually cover everything with a lid and leave on slow heat for couple of minutes, after that I turn over everything on other side and fry this side also for couple of minutes.

In meantime we set up the table for breakfast and hot omelette will be served shortly after.

Thanks for sharing with us..

I've never seen an omelette like that before... I've been frying diced potatoes, onions and peppers, before pouring the eggs in... Add a little Salt and Pepper and wow...

I have actually been hearing about the Omelette but I have not had the chance to taste it before. But even seeing the one you prepare today makes me to love it the more
