Week No. 73 competition organized by @dasudi mam in the Steemit Iron Chef Community. Chicken cutlet recipes can be made in various ways, today I will share a chicken cutlet recipe that can be made very easily.

Chicken cutlets are a popular dish that is suitable for serving as an afternoon snack. Chicken cutlets are usually made with chicken meat and various spices. Chicken cutlets are a delicious dish that can be made very easily. Chicken cutlets can also be a great food in children's school tiffin boxes. Chicken cutlets are a favorite food of everyone, young and old. The ingredients used in the chicken cutlet recipe contain various nutrients that are beneficial for the body.

Easy method for making chicken cutlets:

Step 1:

  • For the chicken cutlet recipe, I took 500 grams of boneless chicken breast meat. I cut the chicken meat into small pieces for ease of mincing.

Step 2:

  • Now in a blender jar I added chicken pieces, chopped green chilies, and three slices of bread to make mincemeat.

Step 3:

  • There is no need to add any water while mincing. For this, take your time and blend everything very well. When the mince is ready, pour it into a bowl.

Step 4:

  • At this stage, in a mixing bowl, I added chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder, salt as required, chopped coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the minced meat. I mixed everything well with my hands.

Step 5:

  • I added ginger paste, garlic paste and tomato sauce to the minced meat. Then, after kneading everything again with my hands, I let the minced meat mixture rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6:

  • I left the chicken mince to rest and started preparing the ingredients for the chicken cutlet coddling. For the chicken cutlet coddling, I broke three eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them very well. I made the toast biscuit powder. Now the ingredients for the chicken cutlet coddling are ready.

Step 7:

  • I came back to the chicken cutlet recipe after 20 minutes. Now I took out the same amount of mixture as needed to make one chicken cutlet from the mixture. In this way, I divided the mixture for the cutlets from the entire mixture so that all the cutlets were of the same size.

Step 8:

  • Now to make the chicken cutlets, I greased my hands with a little oil. I took the minced chicken mixture in my palm and gently pressed it into the shape of chicken cutlets. Then I first dipped the chicken cutlet in the egg, took it out of the egg and rolled it in the toast biscuit crumbs. I double dipped the chicken cutlets. I did all the chicken cutlets in this way.

At this stage, the chicken cutlets can be stored in the refrigerator and can be served immediately by simply frying them in oil at any time.

Step 9:

  • Heat oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is slightly hot, gently drop the chicken cutlets into the oil. Do not fry the chicken cutlets in very hot oil because if you fry in hot oil, the chicken cutlets will be fried on the surface but the chicken inside will not be cooked. So, keep the stove on low heat and fry the chicken cutlets until they are browned and then remove them.

Step 10:

  • I served the hot chicken cutlets with tomato sauce, cucumber and chopped onion. It tasted great.
