The Diary game. A complete day with my beloved friend.
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and upvote.
As per the orders already circulated in the official group, all the officials were asked to reach the district headquarters for the rally organised by the district administration, and for that reason, today again I had to get up early. After getting up, I performed ablution and then went for the morning prayers. Quickly after finishing my prayers, I returned home and got ready to take part in the Tiranga rally organised by the district administration.
I spent more than half an hour in the mosque and then returned home and got ready before having my breakfast. As I own a car and usually drive it on such occasions to be there on time, a few more colleagues who work in the same department and had to reach the district headquarters were already waiting for me, and for that reason, I needed to set off without any delay. I was pretty quick to drive my car there, and upon reaching, the rally had just started, and we also took part in it. The rally was mainly focused on showcasing our national flag and instilling a spirit of patriotism and nationalism among the common people. Upon reaching, we joined the rally, took some photographs, and shared them in the official group of our office to mark attendance, as only those were considered present who submitted their photographs in the group, which served as proof of participation in such programs.
The program lasted for almost an hour, and it was quite a different experience for me, as the spirit shown by the people regarding the tricolour was always enthusiastic and inspiring, encouraging us to be more courageous. Only after the program was over did I head towards one of the leading car service facilities in Srinagar, after taking consent from my boss, as my third free service for the car was already due. I took it as an opportunity to go there, as it was only about five or six kilometres away from my location. I wanted to get my car washed, as it had been pending for a few days. A complete survey and service of my car had been done earlier, but the washing, which is usually free, was skipped that day because the labourers had left as it was late.
While my car was being serviced, I called my friend, who told me that he was travelling towards Central University Ganderbal from Baramulla. It was an opportunity for me to meet him and spend some time together, as I had been away from him for quite some time. Being with him is always a different experience. It was so great of him to let me know that he was heading to the university while I was already halfway there. I couldn’t stop myself and drove to a point where he could meet me.
After waiting for more than an hour, my phone rang, and an unknown number called me, telling me that he was already there, waiting for me on a bridge that joins the two banks of the Jhelum River. I was so excited to see him after a long time, and while he was just stepping into my car, I was touched by the way he looked at me. The longing we had felt for such a long time was about to end, and we were together again after so long. We both were emotional, but my friend, who has a habit of smiling in every situation, was just smiling and making note of everything.
We then left for Ganderbal district, where he had to collect some documents from the university. It took us more than half an hour to reach there, and it was fun being with him, driving through the beautiful landscape and making those moments valuable. We spent some quality time together, and once we were done with the work at the Central University Green Campus, we left for Manasbal Lake, which is situated just a few kilometres away from the main road leading to the Ganderbal district office. Upon reaching there, we didn’t stop, but after making a round around the whole village, we admired the beauty of the landscape, which was quite unique.
Later, after driving for my friend’s errands, I headed back.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
