Dear @madridbg

Topics related to leadership and psychology are definetly one of my favourite ones.

I myself would never agree with statement that "leaders are born, not made". Would you agree with that sentence?
In my personal view - leadership is a skill which we need to develop and constantly work on. It's not something we're born with.

Interesting choice of topic. Upvoted already :)

    I agree with your approach friend @crypto.piotr leadership only develop it with experience and day to day interactions, although there is much literature on how to form a good leader, we only get nurtured in the conceptual, the practical part, the tact to influence others, the right way to grow the followers, among other aspects associated with the subject, we only develop it through constant exercise or practice.

    That is why leaders are made according to experience. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your opinion
