Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well. I am well, Alhamdulillah. As a moderator of the Steem for Bangladesh community, we organize weekly Discord meetings with users on Fridays at 9 pm to resolve user problems and review and analyze their importance, and there the problems of users are revealed and guidelines are given to newcomers. I am mentioning below all the activities that are done in each weekly meeting, which happened this week. Let's get started.
Why weekly meetings are important
New users are constantly joining our platform from Bangladesh. A new user has many types of problems which we solve through this meeting and give guidelines. Here, in addition to increasing sincerity with all the users through conversation, we also give guidelines to their small and big problems. We invite our admins and moderators, but here they also provide guidelines by assessing the progress of the community and the problems of the users from their place and users correct their posts accordingly. All in all, we give our users guidelines on how to be skilled bloggers and the rules and regulations of the platform.
About this week's activities and problem solving
After a long time, I organized a weekly meeting through discord announcement. Some users from the active users of the Bangladesh community joined here and I talked to the users and tried to identify and solve their problems.
We have a new user here whose username is @saniya9 and the link to his achievement one post is Post link . He came to the platform through @saifulvai I talked to him directly on discord and he told me that he does not have the PDF of the account and even this account was created a long time ago. Besides, he is familiar with the person through whom he came to this platform online. @saniya9 has been given guidelines to create a new account and post Assignment One anew because the person from whom you took the account is not active on this platform and is not even well acquainted with him, and his PDF is with someone else.
We talked to all the users who were present and tried to understand their problems. No former user has had such a problem. After the problem solving phase, we moved to the entertainment phase where the entertainment section started with songs, stories and poetry recitation.

In the entertainment episode, we listened to songs by ourselves and I myself listened to the songs of the users. This week, Kibria Bhai rewarded the users and me. Moreover, I reward the users every week. Our weekly meeting ended at midnight with a lot of joy and enjoyment.

After the entertainment session, we ended our meeting at exactly midnight and we enjoyed a beautiful moment with all the users. This was the meeting program that I presented to you. অতীতের শুক্রবারগুলো আমাদের Steem For Bangladesh কমিউনিটির ইউজারদের জন্য ছিলো খুবই আনন্দঘন দিন। সপ্তাহব্যাপী কাজ করার সময়ে আমরা যে সমস্যাগুলোর সম্মুখীন হতাম, সেগুলো নোট হিসাবে সাথে নিয়ে শুক্রবার রাতে কমিউনিটির ডিসকোর্ডে আয়োজিত সাপ্তাহিক টিউটোরিয়াল মিটিং এ হাজির হতাম ।
ইউজারদের সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করার পর শুরু হতো বিনোদন পর্ব।গান, কবিতা ও কমেডি দিয়ে সবাই বিনোদন পর্বকে করে তুলতো জম-জমাট। তবে,ধীরে ধীরে সবাই বড় ইউজার হতে থাকলো,স্টিমিট জার্নিতে তাদের সমস্যাগুলোও ক্ষীণ হতে থাকলো আর সেই সাথে ক্ষীন হতে থাকলো শুক্রবারের রাতগুলো।এমন অনেক শুক্রবার অতিবাহিত হয়েছে,যেখানে দু'একজন ইউজারকে নিয়েই অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাস।আমোদ, ফূর্তিতে ভরপুর সেই শুক্রবারের রাতগুলো এখন নেহাৎ স্মৃতি ছাড়া আর কিছু নয়।
তবে,আমরা আশাবাদী, সকল ইউজার যদি আবারো একবার তাদের অতীতকে স্মরন করতে সমর্থ হয়, তবে আমরা আবারো আমাদের সেই ঝলমলে টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাস ও বিনোদন পর্ব আবারো ফিরে পাবো।এই সপ্তাহের শুক্রবার কিছুটা প্রানবন্ত হয়ে উঠেছিলো।এই ধারা অব্যাহত থাকলে খুব শীঘ্রই আমরা সেই কাঙ্ক্ষিত শুক্রবারের রাত আবারো ফিরে পাবো।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ শুক্রবারের মিটিং খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ছিলো। মিটিংয়ে আমাদের মতো নতুনেরা আরো উৎসাহিত হবে। নতুনদের সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করতে এবং সম্পূর্ণ দক্ষ হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে @mostofajaman ভাইসহ অনেকেই আছেন কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন।আমি আপনাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞ।

প্রতি সপ্তাহিক শুক্রবার আমাদের মিটিংয়ে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কথা হয়। এই প্লাটফর্মে কিভাবে আমরা কাজ করলে সামনে ভালো কিছু করতে পারবো। এবং সকল ধরনের সমস্যা সবাইকে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করেন। আমাদের মোস্তফা ভাই নতুন ইউজার যারা আছেন। তাদের ভালোভাবে কাজ শিখিয়ে গড়ে তোলা হয়।

সাপ্তাহিক হ্যাংআউট আমাদের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, আমরা আমাদের যেকোনো সমস্যা সাপ্তাহিক হ্যাংআউটে এডমিন ও মডারেটর মহোদয়গণের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করতে পারি। আমাদের মিটিংয়ে সব সময় আমাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করেন কারো কোন সমস্যা আছে নাকি থাকলে বলতে পারেন সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করব। সত্যিই আপনারা আমাদের পাশে যেভাবে ছায়ার মত আছেন এভাবে থাকলে আমরা আরো অনেক দূর এগিয়ে যেতে পারবো ইনশাআল্লাহ।

First of all, I would like to thank the community moderator @mostofajaman brother for conducting the weekly tutorial class in the Steem for Bangladesh community. New users are constantly joining the community. This newcomer class is very important to inform them about the Steemit platform. In the presence of the admin moderator of the community present at the meeting, users discuss their problems and get solutions. The guidance of the admin moderators helps us move forward. We can learn about all the updates of the Steemit platform by participating in the meeting. The admin moderators provide proper guidance on how new users will be verified on the Steemit platform. Through this meeting, a beautiful relationship is created between the users and the admin moderators. Everyone on the Steemit platform cooperates with each other and inspires them to work. Not only are the problems of the new comers solved here. Entertainment sessions are organized here. Everyone participates as they wish, and prizes are provided for the participants in the competition.
