what do you understand by means of bone health?

Bone Health

For me bone health is the strong foundation inside of me that allows me to stand, walk, work and to live my healthy life every day. Bones don’t just provide our body strength, they shape our body, protecting essential organs inside our body, like the heart and lungs. We are blessed with bones that tend to be stronger than other parts of our body. As we age, our bones are become weak unless we take them care of. That's why I think keeping bones healthy is important for us. It’s even necessary for living a healthy and happy life in the future.

what are the key factors and tips in mentaince of bone health?

I think eating good foods that's keep our bones healthy is the first step for our healthy bones. I know our body needs calcium and vitamin D for strong bones. So I try to include calcium and Vitamin D contains food in my daily menu. I drink milk or other dairy products each day for calcium. I know food and sunlight a natural source of vitamin D. So I always spend some time in the sun during the morning that always feels good and refreshing.

Exercise is also really good because it keeps our bones strong and healthy. I try to do some physical exercises like walking or light exercise those are good for my bones. Bad habits like smoking or drinking alcohol can harm our bone health in the long term. so I avoid these habits. Other thing I do is drinking lots of water because dehydration can also lead to weakening of bones. Lastly, if I ever feel pain or notice any problem in my bones, I don’t ignore it. Visiting a doctor early is the best way for us to avoid further problems.

I try to eat the foods that help keep my bones healthy and strong and that my body needs. Milk and eggs are very important to my diet because they are easy and natural sources of calcium. I enjoy small fish, especially those I can eat the bones of. Banglaeshi deshi fish mola, dharka, puti or smal rup chanda fish, are wonderful for building bones.

My Favourite Pomegranate

I always make sure to eat vegetables like spinachs, taro leaves because they are very nutritious vegetables . Not only do they help my bones, but they are also great for my health in general. Eating nuts like almonds is my favourite thing. I prefer oranges, papayas and pomegranate among other fruits. These fruits are super high in vitamin C, the vitamin that helps my body better absorb calcium.

Our Wax Gourd Tree

The yolk of eggs contain a huge amount of vitamin D which is extremely important if we want strong bones. I try to eat eggs every day. I also eat soy products because they are another good source of calcium. I make vegetables like pumpkin and wax gourd part of my diet because they are good for my health and are good for improving bone health.

I always try to have these foods on my meals because I know that those foods will help to keep my bones strong and healthy. I think for a healthy, active living for long time requires eating the right food and better life style to sustain our strong bones. I think I can take care of my bones by looking at diet, everything.

You have said exactly that as much as we eat good food. Our health and bones will be stronger. We are healthy by eating home food and indigenous food. And our bones can become stronger.As much as Allah has blessed us with fruits and vegetables, we should use them more in our normal life.Just like eggs, milk, fruits, pomegranates and all the vegetables, each one has its own benefit and all the benefits are good for our health and keep our body and bones strong alsoo energetic from all sides.
