Team 5 Curation Guildlines for January 2025

Hello Steemit Team,
Our team ( Spot-light ) is excited to be selected as one of the community curators for January. We are grateful to the Steemit team for their trust in us.
As Team 5, we will take on the role of curators this month by promoting quality content and engaging with comments. We want to share our team guidelines with everyone, but first, let us introduce ourselves a bit.

We will support quality content wherever we find it, both in communities and on individual blogs, using various tags.
Criterias for supporting posts
• The post must be free of plagiarism or AI
• Users may also consider burnsteem25.
• The content must be of quality, showing good images, as well as good text.
• Images in posts must be unique or properly referenced and free of use (pixabay, pexels).
• Quality comments will have a good chance of receiving a 10% vote from the curation team.
• Posts can be published under any topic in any community or outside the communities.
• Our voting Percentage strategy
Comments add value to the system, so we will support them with 10%-15%. For posts in communities and blogs, we will provide support between 30%-60%, depending on the quality of the post.

We are eager to collaborate as a team to promote great content. We will strive to perform this role effectively, and we hope everyone will share quality content for a chance to be featured as our top posts of the week.

প্রথমেই আপনাদের টিমের প্রতিটা সদস্যের জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল। আপনি এই টিমে রয়েছেন জানতে পেরে ভালো লাগলো। আসলে একটা টিমের মধ্যে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে বেশ কিছু নিয়ম নীতি মেনে চলতে হয়, আর এই প্লাটফর্মের ক্ষেত্রে যে বিষয়গুলো আপনারা তুলে ধরেছেন, সেগুলো অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়।
একটা পোস্ট যাচাই করার ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই এই বিষয়গুলো মেনে তারপরে তাকে সমর্থন দেয়া উচিত। যেটা বরাবরের মতোই আপনারা করে আসছেন। তবে অনেকেই এই নিয়ম নীতিগুলো লংঘন করে ফেলে, যার কারণে এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম এসে বেশিদিন টিকে থাকতে পারে না।
আমরা সবাই জানি একটা জায়গায় টিকে থাকার জন্য ওই জায়গার প্রতিটা নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।কারণ আপনি যদি নিয়ম মেনে চলতে পারেন
তাহলে আপনি ওই জায়গায় অনেকদিন টিকে থাকতে পারবেন এবং ভালো অবস্থানে নিজেকে নিয়ে যেতে পারবেন। ধন্যবাদ আপনাদের জন্য আবারো শুভকামনা রইল ভাল থাকবেন। আপনাদের টিমের গাইডলাইন গুলো অনেকটাই সহজ এগুলো মেনে চলা একটা ইউজারের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং সহজ ভাবেই মেনে নিতে পারবে।
আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আমাকে সাপোর্ট দেয়ার জন্য আসলে আপনাদের একটু সাপোর্ট আমাদের নতুন করে কাজ করার অনুপ্রেরণা জাগায় পাশে থাকবেন ইনশাল্লাহ আমরা অনেক দূরে এগিয়ে যেতে পারবো।
