I'm always exercising.
Years ago, I used to go for a walk after lunch. When I was working, I walked for half an hour every day.
Nowadays, since I'm at home, I'm constantly taking care of my son, who has autism, all day long.
I'm moving around the house all day. I do everything you would do in a house and I also take care of him 100 percent.
I also go shopping, which is about 20 blocks away. There's a park nearby and I go there almost every day, usually in the morning.
When my son is calm, I go out, either to exercise or to go shopping.
Motivated by this, I can tell you that I'm doing very well. I'm not overweight and I can take care of my son without any problem.

Me alegra que tengas el tiempo para hacer ejercicios, algo que he dejado de hacer desde que cuido a mi mamá, y entiendo su importancia para nuestras vidas.

We are proud of you.... You know what, I consider our body a machine. Though sometimes we may think the machine is stronger than human strength. But what is missing is maintenance. If there's no proper machine maintenance, it will not function properly.... Compare this to the human body. If we don't take care of ourselves....... How are we going to work properly? That's where exercise comes in. Luckily, there are many ways of doing exercises, convenient and easy.

Es muy positivo mantenernos activos, es fundamental para conservar la salud y la autonomía, aspectos como la flexibilidad, la fuerza, la resistencia hablan bien de nuestra condición física.
Muy cierto, se siente muy bien durante y después del ejercicio.
