RE: Contest | 25-Word Comment - Monkey Business | Birthday
It's quite fun topic.
Well, I guess you have to check the "Complaints" topic two weeks ago. I guess that was the top. A lot of engagement. Until now, I am not sure if we will have something that is as good as that one.
I do agree with you, as you get older, it becomes less important to you. I guess, it is different between men and women. Maybe, women would still appreciate it at an older age than men.
The very first had over hundreds but the main problem is that if you do not invite people they don't show up because???? Or perhaps after a year everyone is without a thought or opinion? Or can it be that they only are here to drop a quick post and don't like to interact with other?
what do you think @suryani1, @naina9 and @sumarni123?
If that's true, I'm even more curious what would have an impact on different perspective among genders.
The fun aspect or birthdays?
If it comes to birthdays, I can only say that most likely men have more fun because they are served while to women it's a day where they are not in the centre of attention but only serve, serve, serve. I see it everywhere around me and it's a very good reason not to celebrate and stay in bed with a good book and 1 kilograms of chocolotate. LOL
Does not work like that in non-heteronormative families :) and in fact, shouldn't be like that among straights too
