TASK-01 SOLVE
To be honest, this recipe is completely new to me. However, I learned a New Technique from this recipe. One of the most interesting techniques I learned was how to properly saute vegetables to retain their crispness while still cooking them through. I noticed the importance of using high heat and not overcrowding the pan, which I hadn't paid much attention to before. Another thing I noticed was that after marinating the chicken then fry and the chicken meat is better to eat after cooking. And I got acquainted with a New Spice among the spices. That is Dried Oregano. However, I could not find the Dried Minced Garlic and Dried Thyme you used in our local market. And a Worcestershire Sauceto this sauce is also completely new to me. I think using this sauce has made the dish more delicious. I'm excited to experiment with it in other dishes.
TASK-02 SOLVE
I have never made a Venezuelan recipe before. Today is my first. So I want to make your recipe Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales OR Rice with chicken and vegetables today.

Note:-
I am so sorry because i could not find out Dried Minced Garlic and Dried Thyme in our local market. So i marinate the chicken without theses Spices.
Mixing and Marinating
First I add Ground Cumin,Dried Oregano, Salt,Ground Black Pepper, Rosemary Powder and Worcestershire Sauceto the raw chicken meat step by step. Then I mix all the spices well and marinate the chicken meat with a lid for about an hour. If you marinate for a longer time, the spices will penetrate the meat better.

TASK-03 SOLVE
Some of our country's dishes share some similarities with Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales OR Rice with chicken and vegetables. For example, Chicken Polao: This dish shares similarities. It consists of fragrant rice cooked with chicken and various spices. While the specific vegetables and spices might differ from Arroz con Pollo, the core concept is the same. Then another food Kichuri: Khichuri can also include chicken and a variety of vegetables. However, various hot spices, ginger paste, turmeric and chili powder are used in Khichuri. However, not much is used in the preparation of Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales OR Rice with chicken and vegetables. Also many families in Bangladesh will cook chicken and vegetable curries, and eat them with plain rice. This is a very common meal, and although not a one pot dish like Arroz con Pollo, it shares many of the same core components. So it is understood that Bangladeshi food is not completely similar to Venezuelan food. However, there is some similarity.
TASK-04 SOLVE
Venezuelan cuisine is a wonderful mix of flavours, and there are several spices and flavours that stand out. But I have never eaten Venezuelan food before. This is my first time cooking. For this, I have no idea about any Venezuelan flavour or spice. But since today's Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales OR Rice with chicken and vegetables uses Cumin and Black pepper as spices. So I like these spices. These are very common spice in our world and theses spice providing a foundation of savory flavour. Although these spices are also used in our local cuisine.

Saludos. Éxitos
