In life it is important to have one or more work teams, in any area of our lives we need support, although sometimes we do not receive it at the right time.
The family in our home can be considered a work team as long as there is harmony in the execution of each responsibility and/or activity that allows us to achieve the objectives.
The responses of each team member should ideally be synchronized with those of others, but this is not always the case; Therefore, it is good to have others to complement, and be more flexible when judging each person's performance, but in the long run it is necessary to let go of those who do not contribute to the process.

Indeed there are different teams. Important there it is that one can work together and count on another. The average football team will not have a high score if the players all do as they like and are not willing to give the ball to another player.
I wonder about the family as a team. I rarely see that every family member is doing his/her share although that would be the best (right now my son cooks which gives me time to comment LOL).
If it all doesn't work out (work is a very good example) the best way is indeed to stop struggling and go separate ways. Plenty of other to build a team with.
Thank you for reading it's appreciated.
That's right, each team member must do their part, otherwise there are many options to form a new one. I think it's great that your son supports you, work at home is exhausting.
