Beat Depression - 50 Things You Can Do Today

I started listening to the audio book "Beat Depression - 50 Things You Can Do Today: An Easy Self-Help Guide" by Paul Vincent. The book is very good, interesting and full of simple exercises. I did the first two exercises today and I already feel much better.

In the book, they nicely say that depression is a serious disease, and it is not to be underestimated at all. And it's very tricky, because it takes away everything you need for healing: energy, faith and hope. But all is not lost, because otherwise you wouldn't be reading this post.

The book goes on to say that all methods help, but very little and for a short time. More precisely, each method helps you feel 2% better than before. That doesn't sound like a good promise if we're talking about just one method, but there are 50 exercises in the book, so multiply that by 2%, and of course, you get a full 100% healing! Well, that's already good news! :)

Try this book, give the exercises a chance and follow the instructions. You have nothing to lose!
