I picked up some more Bitcoin Sat’s the other day, and I noticed my latest Trezor Safe3, had a problem with the right control button……..
It wouldn’t move the cursor, then it would abruptly move the cursor two to three spaces!🙄
“This isn’t good Cot, this Trezor is only ten Months old!”🤔
I tried to work it through, but it obviously has a mechanical problem with the button!
I contacted Trezor support, via the official Trezor.io website, from a link inside the official Trezor Suite desktop app, and set up a support ticket………………….
They replied to my support ticket number via my supplied email, and requested I take a short video of this Safe3 malfunctioning.
Today they replied back to this same email, asking me to video myself destroying this Trezor, including a timestamp, then they will ship out a free Trezor Safe3 warranty replacement!😊
I was originally unaware that they had a two-year warranty…… excellent product, excellent customer service!😊

Liz wanting to be extra cautious, because this wallet already HODL’s some Bitcoin deposits, said…………….
“Silvertop, can you be 100% sure this was a legitimate Trezor support ticket, and this was truly Trezor support?”🥰
That put a little seed of doubt in Silvertop’s mind!🙄
After a nice hike to Soaring Eagle today with Cot, Liz said to both of us……………
“A new Trezor Safe3 is only $79, maybe we should just purchase one and destroy or keep the broken one!”🥰
With all the fishing and scams in Crypto maybe $79 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind that our Bitcoin is safe!😇
Be careful out there guys, this is still the Wild West of Crypto, and you, and Silvertop are responsible for protecting our own Crypto bags!😇
