It's Blooming!............. NW Cascade Wanderings

I got to work this morning and glanced up at my orchid. It had 5 closed blooms on Friday and I figured I’d see a little bit of movement with the flowers. I never anticipated it would have three of the five flowers opened in full!

I was very surprised! You see, I purchased this orchid around 10 years ago. It came with blooms, but once they withered, it never bloomed again. I’d even forgotten what color it was! A few weeks ago, I’d noticed this stick like appendage growing out. Upon closer inspection, I decided it was going to try to bloom.

It’s very pretty and delicate. I’m looking forward to the other two blossoms opening.

It was a busy day at the clinic. The day did seem to drag a bit despite the busyness. Usually, they tend to fly. Tomorrow afternoon will be busy if everyone shows for their appointments.

I’ve got some lovely Hoof Fungus. I like the brown rings in it.

Some nice Turkey Tail…

Last night, Cot was so not home. As they say, light’s on; no one’s home! 🙀

Here’s the video from the other day when we visited Lynden City Park. The water was flowing in opposite directions.

That’s gonna be it for now. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day wherever you are! 🙏🌎🙏

NKJV 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
