Learning Challenge S23W5: I Love My Body / Sit-Up / Reverse Crunch
Today, I attended the "LEARNING Challenge S23W5" of the Steemfit & Stayfit Community, which included exercises like Sit-up and Reverse Crunch. Physical fitness has Always been a challenge for me But by participating in this challenge, I gave me the opportunity to try and improve myself.
When I first tried to get up, I immediately realized that my stomach muscles Were getting tired soon. I tried to complete the remittances of a fixed number, But after a few times I had to stop. There was a lot of pressure on my waist and ABS.
On the contrary, the reverse cranch was relatively easy because it did not need to bend the body too much. I moved up and down my legs with control, which affected my lower abdominal muscles. This exercise felt more comfortable to me, because it didn't have much pressure on the neck and waist.
Difficulties and their solutions
- What was the hardest exercise and why?
Setups proved to be more difficult for me, because my stomach muscles were not too strong. In addition, it was challenging for me to constantly set up with the right technique, as the waist and neck felt lightly.
2. How did I solve this difficulty?
I kept my speed low and tried to perform each setup with full control. I also noted that if I focus on my breathing process, it helps me continue to exercise for a long time. In addition, I tried to keep my feet in the right position so that there was more stability.
3. After completing the workout, my feeling?
After completing the exercise, it felt tired, but at the same time there was a pleasant feeling that I maintained my courage. My stomach muscles were feeling mild stress, which was an indication that exercise has shown its effect. Although I had difficulty in getting up, I learned that with constant hard work and patience I could improve my fitness.

This challenge was a great experience for me. He not only encouraged me to focus on his physical fitness, but also taught me that constant efforts could solve problems. I also want to add exercises like SIT-up and Reverse Crunch in the future to my daily routine to strengthen my abuses.

Overall it was a tremendous experience Which gave me a new spirit of working on my physical health. Exercise is not Always easy, but if we work hard, we can improve our body. I'm glad I participated in this challenge and I would try to make better performance in the next challenge!
