Learning challenge s23w3: "I Love My Body /Jump squats, side squats and lunges (let's build lower body muscles)".
These exercises were quite tough! Every morning, I do my workout before starting my day, and today was no different. I completed my morning routine, but it was shorter than usual, which might have made me feel weak.
I have to admit, the squat exercise is really challenging. My muscles were so engaged that I couldn't feel my legs after a few minutes. Overall, I gave it my best effort.
Jump Squat |
---|
Jump Squat is really simple, but it can get tough in-between. If you try to squat too low when you jump, it can hurt because getting back up will be difficult. I tried to stay focuses and consistent and made sure that my knee isn't higher than my butt.
I didn't push myself too much to stay relaxed, but I did do squats. I jumped, squatted, and repeated it again and again, taking breaks in between.
Side Squat |
---|
The ability to keep one leg steady while the other leg moves, is what makes it a side squat. It's called a squat because you are bending down while holding and moving your legs. You also need to stay upright.
This is the hardest one of all. At first, I didn't think I could do it, but once I began, it turned out to be fun and easy. In the next round, I had to remind myself to take a break, or I might get overwhelmed. I realize that regular practice is what I need to keep my focus.
Lunges Forward and Backward |
---|
I would say that the lunges exercise are easy to do. It is a movement where your knee moves forward and bends, and goes backward while your butt appropriately with your thigh and leg.
I know I was steady at the begining but I think I lot it at a time. I managed to do it but I can't say what my result looks like.
At the end of the program, what is the overall feelings and where did you feel the pains the most? |
---|
It was really tough. I felt pain all over my thigh. I held it with my hands because it felt like it might come off. Even though I tried to endure, the pain was strong.
At one point, I couldn't feel my legs when I wanted to take a step. I questioned if this was normal. I had to stay still for a bit before moving. After doing the squat exercise, I felt some pain in my hip area. Was that normal? I even had to hit my thigh to help relieve the intense pain.
Why do you think you personally need these programs? Explain |
---|
I've been wanting to start my butt workout for a while, but laziness kept holding me back. I finally began last month, and I can say these exercises are really helping me.
Now, my thighs have gotten used to the workouts, and they don't bother me like they used to.
I need these routines to stay in shape. After my morning workouts, I feel energized and ready to tackle my day without feeling lazy. My body feels light, and it helps me build stamina. Eventually, I hope to do 50 squats in one go; that's my goal.

¡Holaaa Nina!🤗
