Greetings ma. Please I'm having difficulties understanding the last program so I'll know if I'm working in line or not. Please can you expatiate. What does it mean? 20 rep forward and backwards. Are we doing the front and back with one leg 20 times and then rest to do the other leg or we are doing 20 reps one leg, and 20 reps, the other and then we rest and continue again.
