I'm going to write about another interesting fitness activity today. Exercise is very important for physical health, Exercising is very important for a healthy life, but some exercises can be more difficult for us. Today, I will mention one of my problems that I endured and finally overcome it.

How to get the most difficult program and its difficulty?
Whenever we start a new physical fitness program, some exercises can be more difficult for us. The most difficult exercises for me were reverse crunch and set -up. These exercises are very effective for strengthening the abdominal muscles, but they require physical balance, accurate techniques and endurance.
Why were they difficult?
In the reverse cranch, the back of the back is to lift the legs and bring it back, which pressures the bottom of the abdomen. If the technique is wrong, there may be back pain. On the other hand, the body has to raise the body completely, which can be quite challenging for the stomach and the waist, especially if the muscles are not strong.
How to finish the problem?
Initially, I started with low reps and gradually increased the number. I worked on my technique and did other supporting exercises to improve the physical balance, such as the Plaink and the League. In addition, I focused on warm -up before exercise to avoid injury.
Overall quality of the program after completion
When I started doing these exercises better, I was pleased that my body was getting stronger. Although it was difficult initially, patience and consistency made me successful. At the end of the program, my stomach muscles felt stronger and increased physical strength.

Conclusion
Reverse cranch and set -up are really difficult exercises, especially in the beginning. But if we are constant and done properly, they improve physical fitness.
