Today I prepared three accounts:
An editorial account:

Then the one for the STEEM Journal of Ophthalmology:
And one for later expansion of editorial activities.
I currently consider Open Journal Access (OJS) to be too complex and too expensive for a solo publisher to start with - especially since I have no IT infrastructure and no knowledge of servers and their operation.
However, if the project is successful and gains traction and interest in the scientific community, then an OJS process might also be feasible in the future.
Further details such as submission of work will be announced in the editor account soon.
